Moving Policy

When moving into the building or having large deliveries made, tenants may reserve the freight elevator after 6:00 PM on weekdays or anytime during the weekend. If you need to arrange a move or have questions please contact the management office.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in the workplace as well as the building’s common areas such as the lobbies, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and garage.

The designated smoking area is located on the south side of the 4340 Tower next to the outdoor tables.
